Created as a partnership between Sparkasse Bank and Mozaik Foundation, the program strengthens entrepreneurship, self-employment, and job creation, helping to transform the economic landscape of BiH. Its strength lies in making financial services more accessible to young entrepreneurs while fostering a more inclusive and competitive society.

Together with Deloitte, we implemented a program for creating ESG roadmaps for our corporate clients, including CIVIĆ d.o.o., RM-LH d.o.o., FEMIS d.o.o., PIMS Elektro Oprema d.o.o., Mladegs-Pak, and others.
Through this program, participants received their own ESG roadmaps as a practical and concrete tool for advancing sustainable business development.

Sparkasse Bank's Regional Center in Tuzla in a new edition
On 650 m² of modern space, we’ve combined digital services with personal support to provide citizens and companies with a faster, simpler, and higher-quality banking experience. The new center is fully adapted to contemporary banking standards and principles of sustainable construction, continuing our strategy of development and service improvement.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of institutions, partners, and clients, with Tuzla's mayor, Zijad Lugavić, emphasizing the significance of this investment for the local community. The CEO, Amir Softić, thanked the clients for their trust and reaffirmed our commitment to supporting the citizens and businesses in the Tuzla region.
